Cinema in Bishop, California
Films are often not set in the locations depicted in the films. Filmmakers and producers often choose locations that are affordable, convenient, and offer facilities that can handle hundreds of people working on a logis pellicule manifestation. Several big dépense movies have been set in the Bishop area recently.
The 2007 box agence movie, “Disturbia” opens with a scene set in Colorado or elsewhere in the Rocky Mountains. In the scene, Shia LaBeouf’s character is fishing with his father in a épingler with beautiful mountains in the arrière-plan. The scene was actually filmed in Bishop along the Owens Visser.
Bishop’s other recent films include the 1998 pellicule, “Idole Trek: Troubles”; the 1996 pellicule “The Arrival” starring Charlie Sheen; and the 2009 pellicule, “GI Joe: The Rise of Serpent à lunettes”.
