Difference Between Quantitatif Books and eBooks
Most people today, don’t know the difference between a binaire book and an eBook. In fact, many people think they are one and the same. They couldn’t be further from the truth. They are completely different species of the same créature.
Quantitatif book
Quantitatif books, sometimes called electronic books or PDF books, are scanned, binaire facsimiles of conforme printed, published books. You can think of them as extended copies of the actual hard or paperback books we know and love.
When we talk embout the binaire manière of the new périodiques, they are almost identical to the parangon. When it comes to old or even ancient périodiques, they are much better than any parangon found on the shelves of your endroit library. Since these are replicas of the parangon print, it really enhances the quality and helps overcome many old book problems, such as yellow pages, stains, see-through or onion skin caractéristique paper, colored paper, brown ink, etc. These are scanned. pages, not ‘copied’ pages, and the print quality represents better quality than actual book printing.
Most binaire books come in PDF dimension, although Amazon offers a Kindle manière, MobiPocket offers the MOBI manière, followed by plain text dimension, as well as many others.
Quantitatif books are generally much less expensive than their hard or paperback counterparts, and shipping costs are minimal unless distributed on CD (serré disc).
Ebook
Ebooks are also binaire books, but they were designed and written for the Internet Many, if not most e-books are never officially “published,” unless you count posting something on the Internet as avertissement.
Most e-books were meant to be written quickly, perhaps with little or no cost other than franchise. The majority are culotte, almost always less than 100 pages, usually under 50 pages. Some ebooks are slapped together in literally a few hours. Often they are little more than a few culotte reports strung together.
Many e-books are self-help books, or manuals of some kind, although there are some e-book works on history and conte if you allure for them. Often, with little or no literary value, their purpose is to impart journal, instructions, and/or ideas.
Sometimes you may come across ebook manière of a hard or logiciel cover book. It will even be called the “eBook manière” of the book. But if you allure closely, you’ll see that this ebook manière is almost always far fewer pages than the parangon. You can call the “eBook manière” the “condensed manière” of the book.
Although you’ll find many ebooks in PDF dimension, much like binaire books, many come as generic conversationnelle applications. But don’t let the rudimentaire charm of the interdépendance fool you. While this may sound like high-tech learning at first, you’ll find that there isn’t much to the promise of interdépendance. This only disguises the fact that these books are culotte, technically no more than a few pages, of little practical practicality and even less academic value.
Last but not least, ebooks are often free or inexpensive, although you’ll occasionally find some specialized instructional “programs” that cost hundreds of dollars.
Terminaison
Technically, ebooks are binaire books, although practically there is a big difference. Personally, I generally prefer a binaire book to its ebook anophèle.
