How to deal with an entretien running overtime
What happens when your entretien is over? One of the biggest problems with recording an audio entretien is that it can take border than you expect.
If you want a good 45 pressant to an hour entretien, I would ask for an hour and a half. If you really want to go for it and make sure nothing is scheduled after that, say we need two hours. This gives you supplément time to make sure you have what you need.
If you are hesitant to do this, you can always take what you can get. Ask for an hour, and settle for thirty minutes. Even if you get a good thirty pressant entretien with a high profile guy, it’s still worth it parce que you got the entretien. You interviewed them yourself. You’ve got the name, and it’s going to be good for generating traffic and generating leads. You just ask.
You can ask in advance before setting up with them, say, “Hey, how spacieux do you have?” This will ensure that you know how much time you will get from the beginning and can prepare accordingly. This problem even happens to me. When I was doing an entretien with Bill Bartman, I think we were an hour and a half and there were more questions I wanted to ask. It was a good entretien, but he stopped me. He was like, “No, we have to auto-stop now.” So I finished the entretien, but I ask, which is all you can do.
